Weeknight Asian Tacos

What are you to do after a long day of work? Come home and cry or make yourself some awesome Asian inspired Tacos? I would choose the latter if I were you. Enjoy!

Sriracha Pork Tacos

Servings:

6 to 8

Ingredients:

1 lbs Pork tenderloin

3 Carrots thinly sliced

1 cup Cilantro

3/4 Cup Mayo

1 1/2 Tbsp Sriracha

1 Cup World Harbors – Asian Inspired Sriracha Marinade

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

8 Corn Tortillas

Directions:

Before you leave for work:

1. Place Pork Tenderloin in Crock Pot or Sous vide. In the Crock Pot set to low and pour Sriracha marinade over pork.  In the Sous Vide place pork in zip lock bag with marinade and place in water, set to 140 degrees.

When you get home:

1. Chop up cilantro and julienne carrots

2. Mix mayo and Sriracha

3 .Take out pork and lightly salt and pepper. If you Sous Vide, sear on very hot pan for 30 seconds each side

4. Slice pork into about 1/4 inch size slices. Small enough to place into a taco

5. Heat up Tortillas on a hot dry skillet. Heat for about 30 seconds each side

Assemble Taco:

1. Spread Sriracha mayo mix evenly on corn tortilla

2. Place two pork slices on tortilla

3. Sprinkle carrots and cilantro on top, don’t be shy

4. Pour a little more Sriracha and mayo mix on top

5. Squirt a little Sriracha on top of that

6. Eat Taco


Teriyaki Pork Tacos with Hoisin sauce

Servings:

6 to 8

Ingredients: 

1 lbs Pork tenderloin

1 Cup Thinly chopped cabbage

1/2 Cup Hoisin sauce

1 small Avocado

1 Cup World Harbors – Maui Mountain Teriyaki

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

8 Corn tortillas

Directions:

Before you leave for work:

1. Place Pork Tenderloin in Crock Pot or Sous vide. In the Crock Pot set to low and pour Sriracha marinade over pork.  In the Sous Vide place pork in zip lock bag with marinade and place in water, set to 140 degrees

1. Slice cabbage.

2 .Take out Pork and lightly salt and pepper. If you Sous vide sear on very hot pan for 30 seconds each side

3. Slice pork into about 1/4 inch size slices. Small enough to place into a taco

4. Slice avocado into small cubes

5. Heat up Tortillas on a hot dry skillet. Heat for about 30 seconds each side

3. Place a couple avocado cubes

4. Sprinkle cabbage on top, don’t be shy

5. Pour a little more Hoisin on top

6. Eat Taco
